Very fast delivery packed well was very happy

Spare parts are expensive 😞

Spent close to $500 for my 5y.o fire place. For what I got it was too expensive plus new air tube sleeves weren't the same as original and pins didn't line up so fitted tube with no slit pins due to incorrect part.
Trust this won't cause me any problems this season.
We love our fire place don't get me wrong but when you pay top dollar I expect things to be correct.
I'm happy for you to send me free of charge the correct sleeve if it's not too much trouble.
